高填方大跨径钢波纹管涵力学性能有限元分析

    摘要:

    为了研究大跨径钢波纹管在高填土作用下变形和应力分布情况,通过ABAQUS有限元建模方法,对钢波纹管涵施工过程中及汽车荷载作用下的变形特性和应力分布情况进行了分析。结果表明:钢波纹管涵具有良好的受力变形能力,且管涵对底部基础压应力较小,基础受力变形均匀;在高填土和活载作用下管顶位置受力最不利,汽车活载对钢波纹管涵的影响作用较回填土作用小,同时在填土回填完成后活载作用下,钢波纹管涵变形和应力均满足规范要求。由此可见高填方下的大跨径钢波纹管涵洞在工程应用上具有可行性,可为钢波纹管涵实际应用提供参考依据。

    Abstract:

    In order to study the deformation and stress distribution of long-span steel corrugated pipe under the action of high fill, the deformation characteristics and stress distribution of steel corrugated pipe culvert during construction and under vehicle load were analyzed by ABAQUS finite element modeling method. The results show that the steel corrugated pipe culvert has good deformation capacity, and the pipe culvert has small compressive stress on the bottom foundation, and the deformation of the foundation is uniform. Under the action of high fill and live load, the stress at the top of the pipe is the most unfavorable. The influence of vehicle live load on the steel corrugated pipe culvert is smaller than that of backfill. At the same time, under the action of live load after the backfill is completed, the deformation and stress of the steel corrugated pipe culvert meet the requirements of the specification. It can be seen that the large span steel corrugated pipe culvert under high fill is feasible in engineering application, which can provide reference for the practical application of steel corrugated pipe culvert.
